Caro is the managing editor which means that she is involved in every book or audio CD that we publish to some degree, but mostly work behind the scenes.
Some books Caro is heavily involved in, but for others she may do little more than check the cover copy.
She also manages the team of fantastic freelancers who edit, proofread and index all our titles.
Having decided that being a primary school teacher wasn’t for her, she landed up in publishing completely by accident: she was sent to John Murray as a temp to work in the accounts department in Albemarle Street. That was in 1995.
